Dr. Zhang Mingeng is one of the leading real estate developers in China. In 1993 Dr. Zhang was appointed as the Vice General Manager of Vantone Real Estate Co., Ltd. and went on to found Yinxin Real Estate Company in 1996. Dr. Zhang is now the Chairman of China Real Estate Fund Association and has established a vast community of institutional investors and ultra-high net worth individuals. Chairman Zhang has a reputation of credibility, which serves a invaluable asset for Grand China Fund.
Mr. Long leads efforts of implementing the firm's strategies and oversees the day-to-day operations. He is also responsible for development of the firm’s relationship with investor and oversight of transaction execution. Prior to GCF, he led multiple major developments in China, including the 2008 Olympic Games Stadium in Beijing and the Germany Center of 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. Mr. Long graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York, with a Master degree in Real Estate Development.
Mr. Mathers is a former Executive-Director of Goldman Sachs, covering homebuilder, developer and global building material stocks for 7 years. He identifies and underwrites the firm’s projects and develops strategic relationships in the US. Mr. Mathers also acquired his Master in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, with his undergraduate education in the UK and Singapore.
Mr. Su has accumulated profound experiences in real estate and investment and is familiar with the business environment of both China and the US. He leads the overseas project underwriting utilizing on his insights on financial products , overseas investment and Chinese investors. Meanwhile, Mr. Su is experienced in Business negotiation and contract drafting. He holds the bachelor degree from Harbin Institute of Technology and currently is in the Dual Degree Program of Tsinghua PBCSF and Cornell FMBA.
Mr. Xu is responsible for development, construction management and portfolio management. Larry has 25 years experience in real estate, during which he worked for CRSS Constructors, Inc. as project a manager and for East Wall Group as the firms Vice President. Mr. Xu graduated from CUNY with an MSc in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Guo’s primary focuses include transaction execution and capital raising . Prior, he served as Senior Vice President at Taiping Asset Management. Before returning to China, Mr. Guo was a Senior Associate at CBRE Capital Markets in New York City, where he was instrumental in multiple large commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Guo received Master degree in Real Estate Finance from Johns Hopkins University, Bachelor degree from University of Massachusetts Boston.
Ms. Huang is in charge of projects investments, FTA structure design, business development，project recommendation road show and investor relationship. Meanwhile, she is responsible for regularly reporting to shareholders about the projects and has abundant experience in company structuring and investor relationship maintaining. Miss Huang passed the judicial qualification examination in 2011 and holds the legal qualification certificate. She holds the master degree of engineering management from University of Warwick.
Ms. Guo takes charge of investment analysis, underwriting and tax. She has accumulated rich experience in the US real estate investment. Before joining GCF, she was senior analyst in JLL research department and research analyst of IMF. Meanwhile, she has deep understanding of international macro economy. She holds the master degree of accounting from Binghamton University-State University of New York.
Ms. Gao is responsible for investment analysis, transaction, financial modeling and underwriting. She worked for Colliers International and was responsible for investment highlight, financial analysis and market analysis. In addition, she is experienced in maintaining customer relationship. Ms. Gao holds a master degree of real estate investment from the University of Hong Kong.
